Semester one of University: The first time I found out from a board at a local record store that my favourite band was going to play in my city.

This was 17 December 2008. Winter break, second year of university. Apparently I was trying to write JE fan fiction.

this is such a “HA, BRITISH KIDS” photo.
I miss hall living and all the HA, BRITISH KIDS nonsense I used to love to ignore and complain about. They have a particular variety of chaos and mess and choice of junk food. And they always buy pasta because it is easy to cook.
I also miss the variety of cheap alcohol which I didn’t appreciate until my final year (because that was when i really needed it). Why does this seem so long ago?!! Final year was in 2010; and 2010 still doesn’t end for another three more days…
